Who are we? We are Beth Britt and Jonn McYnturff. We have been full time Realtors for almost 13 years and have helped hundreds of clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Together we have earned many different awards and accolades over the years such as Best in Client Satisfaction from 2004 thru 2012, John L Scott’s Presidents Elite & Presidents Awards, but the best award that we have received is through the friendships and relationships that we have made throughout our career and to have over 90% of our business come in the form of referrals.
We both graduated from the University of Washington and are avid Husky Fans. Beth Britt played golf for the University of Washington and concentrated in the field of Sociology. Jonn McYnturff graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and economics. We continue to increase our knowledge in our industry by taking continuing education classes, reading reports and studies, and meeting with colleagues and other real estate industry professionals to keep up to date with the ever changing climate.
Personally, we live in West Seattle with Beth’s two incredible boys, Dane and Marley. Outside of real estate, we spend a lot of time with the boys, whether that is Marley’s year round baseball or Dane’s soccer games and practices. Beth has even found time to chair the Alki Elementary Auction for three years with record breaking results, as well as be on the board of directors for the West Seattle Little League.
We have created a successful business by keeping it simple and focusing on only one thing…taking care of our clients and putting theirs needs first and foremost. We continue to look for new ways to enhance our service to our clients.
